It is really important to email us with a high quality photo of your dog's face, in good lighting, showing as many details as possible. Photos are digitised to enable us to create an image of your dog that is as realistic as possible. Colouring may vary slightly, due to the need to create light and dark creating depth and texture on a flat image. It takes around 5 hours to stitch the embroidered image which is why we are unable to accept returns, so please choose a photo you love that shows your
